General Conditions
in this part we will explain all the conditions and the process to book a trip with Us. Also the conditions for cancelations and included and excluded services in our trips.
General conditions for reservations
For reservations, contact us via our web page, or with your travel agency.
- To confirm the booking or reservation and fix the date, is necessary to pay 25% at the moment of book, in concept of deposit. This is not reinbursable.
And then:
If is expedition trip or multy day trekking: 75% remanent of the price must be paid 45 days before departure
If is excursion: 75% remanent of the price must be paid 15 days before departure
In rentals, is necessary guaranty deposit, by cash or credit card coupon, for 100% of the rented equipment valor.
For rentals cancelations, apply same conditions than excursions.
Inclusion and exclusion
All services of Compañía de Guías de Patagonia include:
- Transport
- Meals
- Guide
- Grupal equipment
- Technical equipment
- Insurance (Personal Accidents)
Services of Compañía de Guías Not include:
- Personal equipment
- Back pack
- Sleeping bag
- Clothing
- Air fares to and from Argentina, or internal flights, see exceptions.
- Anything not included in the trip file description.
Ask us if you have any special interest or need gear. Ususaly we can rent of found for you special items, or provide gear.
